Refund Policy

At Zcube, we’re committed to ensuring that every purchase sparks curiosity, joy, and learning. If things don’t go as expected, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Here’s how our refund process works:

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: Changed your mind? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately. We’ll cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After Shipping: If the order has already left our facility, you can refuse delivery when it arrives. Once the product returns to us in original condition, your refund will be processed.

Issues with Your Order

If you receive a Zcube product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incomplete
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Not What You Expected?

If you’ve changed your mind or are not fully satisfied, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery.

  • In this case, we issue refunds as store credit (no expiration).
  • Store credit can be used for any future purchases on the Zcube platform.
  • The item must be returned in good condition for credit to be issued.

Shipping fees will be deducted as follows:

Allow 8–10 business days for pick-up, inspection, and store credit issuance.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Products with learning content that matches what is described.
  • Opened/used educational kits or digital components.
  • Slight color or design variations due to lighting or device settings.
  • Fragile components unless received in damaged condition.

How to Initiate a Return

Online:

  1. Log in to your Zcube account.
  2. Go to Orders and Find the Order Id(i.e. Order #448) you want to return.
  3. Mail us at Support@thezcube.com and mention the reason of refund with your Order Id.

Return Packaging Instructions

Please use original packaging to ensure safe return. Refunds cannot be processed if the returned product is damaged due to improper handling during transit.
